Free classes for the community
We offer free financial and homebuyer counseling and education classes so clients can build knowledge, access resources, and move toward their goals.
Courses such as “Fundamentals of Good Credit” and “Life As A Homeowner” are designed to meet people where they are. Certificates from select classes may satisfy education requirements for programs such as TSAHC, TDHCA, and participating cities—including Houston and Baytown. Always confirm requirements with your lender or program administrator.
Spanish-language offerings (for example, “Fundamentos Para Un Buen Crédito”) and virtual sessions may be available on a rotating basis. Details appear on the live calendar.
